1. Eligibility & Parental Consent
MCA is a tuition-free public online high school program for Michigan students ages 14–21. Students under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian permission before submitting any forms or enrollment information. If a student provides parent/guardian contact information, they confirm they have obtained permission for MCA to use that information to communicate by phone, text, or email. Parents or guardians who submit student information confirm they are authorized to do so.
2. Non-Discrimination Statement
Michigan Cyber Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, religion, or age in its programs, activities, or enrollment practices, in compliance with federal and state law.
3. Accuracy of Information
All information provided through MCA forms must be truthful, complete, and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may affect eligibility for enrollment.
4. Use of Contact Information
By submitting your contact information, you agree that MCA may contact you by phone, text, or email regarding enrollment and school-related updates. Standard message and data rates may apply.
- Non-enrolled families may opt out of communications at any time.
- Once enrolled, students and their parents/guardians (if under 18) must accept school communications as a condition of participation. Essential communications regarding academics, attendance, compliance, and student services cannot be opted out of during enrollment.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of MCA and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
6. Prohibited Uses
Users may not use this website or its forms for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt the website’s functionality.
7. Third-Party Services
MCA uses third-party services, including Cognito Forms, Google Analytics, and Google Ads. MCA is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external sites. Users should review the privacy policies of these providers.
8. Program Changes
MCA reserves the right to modify or update its programs, courses, enrollment process, or website content at any time without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
While MCA makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and accessible information, we do not guarantee the website will be error-free or uninterrupted. MCA is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or external links.
